The Filmmaker Behind CivicFrames

CivicFrames was founded by Danyal Nadeem, a filmmaker and creative director with over seven years of experience in cinematic production, visual strategy, and post production. Danyal also founded NineSixGroup, a creative production house delivering end to end media solutions across automotive, corporate, hospitality, and digital brands.

The idea for CivicFrames grew from a simple observation: the same storytelling tools that make a brand campaign compelling can make a research finding unforgettable. Cinematic framing, emotional pacing, musical composition, and visual design are not reserved for commercial clients. They can carry evidence just as effectively, if the production values are right and the facts are solid.

AI as a Production Multiplier

One of the distinguishing features of CivicFrames is its integration of AI into the creative pipeline. Traditional song production for a development campaign requires studio time, session musicians, vocalists, mixing engineers, and months of production. AI tools like Suno.com for vocal generation, alongside AI assisted lyric structuring and transliteration, allow CivicFrames to produce broadcast quality songs in days rather than months, at a fraction of the cost.

This matters because it changes the economics of knowledge communication. When a single song costs tens of thousands of dollars and months of production time, only the largest campaigns can afford it. When AI reduces the production cycle to days and the cost to hundreds of dollars, a research team can commission a song alongside their report. A district government can have a poem written for a public health campaign. Evidence based creative media becomes accessible at scale.

What Comes Next

CivicFrames is building a portfolio across three themes: climate and water resilience, future resilient education and skills, and economic empowerment. Each theme has its own evidence base, its own audience, and its own creative treatment. The goal is a library of creative pieces, each traceable to a verified source, each designed to be shared, each carrying a finding that deserves to be heard.
